ReplyDeleteWhile observing the crime scene, it is noticed that written note and the open pen on the table is if facing the opposite direction of the cot and there no sitting chair near the table and also onemmore open pen can be seen on the bed with the books open, same way the cruches is leaning on the wadroobe. This causes doubt of murder. It is because the person is lame should have used the cruches to move and he should have left the cruches lying on the floor, it is kept clearly leaning on the wadrobe. The murderer should have made drama bye keeping a written note and pen on the table, the victim could have used his pen in the bed to write the note and left it over the bed itself. the reading lamp faces the direction of the cot but not facing the written letter, so it can be suspected as murder.
ReplyDeletein continuation with earlier comment about the drawing/picture above. it is also observed that there are two glasses in the dinning table kept after drinking something. and broken alarm clock, therefore it can be suspected as murder than suicide

ReplyDeleteMurder, can not walk, needs crutches which are neatly leaning.
ReplyDeleteMurder, the dead person needs crutches which are neatly leaning, should be on the floor.
ReplyDeleteOk so from the outset more than one reason pointing at this being a murder.
ReplyDelete1. Although he can drag himself without clutches he cannot get up to pit his neck through the rope. Either he had a help or someone killed him.
2. Clearly there 2 people in the room at some point as indicated by the 2 glasses on the table.
3. It appears as if the victim was changing dress to go out as ecident from the dress on the bed.
4. Alarm clock broken indicates there was no plan to die at this time.
suicide

ReplyDeletemurder because theres a sling in the corner of the cabinet. meaning to say he is handicap. he can't climb on the stool
A murder as the victim is handicapped so he is unable to move without his cruches and hang himself easily and culprit presence seemsto be shown by having in room by 2 glass at crime scene just before murder..
ReplyDeletei think it was a murder. it went like this the guy was planing to go out, but before he goit ready 2 guys came in and hung him and the only reason that the only sine of strugle is the brokin clock is because he had a brokin leg hence the cruches
